一、用途：

適用于各類(lèi)電源線(xiàn)、數據纜、控制電纜以及其他特種線(xiàn)纜的芯線(xiàn)絞合成纜，并同時(shí)完成中心包帶及側放包帶。

It is suitable for stranding of cores of various types of power cables, data cables, control cables, and other special cables, and it also completes the center strap and the side strap.

二、設備組成：

由放線(xiàn)架（主動(dòng)放線(xiàn)+被動(dòng)放線(xiàn)+退扭主動(dòng)放線(xiàn)）、單絞機主機、中心包帶機、側放包帶、計米裝置、電控系統等組成。

三、技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：

1．放線(xiàn)裝置由兩臺雙盤(pán)放線(xiàn)架組成，可形成“一”字型生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)或“日”字型生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。

2．主動(dòng)放線(xiàn)采用PLC全電腦控制，恒張力控制，保證四對絞線(xiàn)絞合均勻，節距穩定。

3．單節距絞合，絞合節距穩定，有齒輪絞距和電腦絞距兩種機型，可根據需要進(jìn)行選擇。

C. Equipment advantages：

1. The pay-off device is composed of two sets of double coil pay off frames, which can form a "one" shaped production line or a "day" shaped production line.

2. PLC full computer control and constant tension control are adopted for active setting out to ensure even stranding and stable pitch of four pairs of stranded wires.

3. Single pitch stranding, stable stranding pitch. There are two types of stranding pitch: gear stranding pitch and computer stranding pitch, which can be selected according to needs.
