一、用途：

本設備主要用于數據電纜、HDMI線(xiàn)纜、動(dòng)力電纜、裸銅線(xiàn)（細線(xiàn)）、屏蔽層電纜、控制電纜等電纜多條集合成纜。

Application：This equipment is mainly used for data cables, HDMI cables, power cables, bare copper wires (thin wires), shielded cables, control cables and other cables.

二、設備組成：

由單絞主體，電控系統，中心包帶機，側放包帶架及放線(xiàn)等組成。

Composition: single-twisted main body, electric control system, center strapping machine, side strapping rack and wire pay-off, etc.

三、主要特點(diǎn)：

1.電腦節距、無(wú)引取輪、動(dòng)力排線(xiàn)、線(xiàn)纜過(guò)線(xiàn)路徑增大轉向導輪直徑以盡量減少線(xiàn)纜彎曲。

2.絞線(xiàn)主體采用懸臂式結構，回轉體旋轉慣性小、轉速高、運轉平穩。

3.卷取箱沿直線(xiàn)導軌左右移動(dòng)線(xiàn)盤(pán)，節距穩定無(wú)級可調，絞合線(xiàn)纜排位整齊，張力均衡。

4.與傳統單絞機相比，避免高速時(shí)排位絲桿斷裂帶來(lái)的不安全因素。

5.裝卸線(xiàn)盤(pán)方便，勞動(dòng)強度小。
